Zebra Technologies has just opened the first Zebra Warranty Service Center in Vietnam, affirming its long-term commitment to the Vietnamese market.
Zebra’s Vietnam Service Center is located in Ho Chi Minh City, operated by Vietcomido Co., Ltd., Zebra’s authorized service partner in Vietnam. The new center is well-equipped and technically trained to repair many of Zebra’s range of specialized equipment, including car-mounted computers and wearables. Service on the L10 industrial tablet will also be available in the next few months as well.

In addition to customers who are using Zebra products during the warranty period, customers with Zebra OneCare service packages are also entitled to this new warranty service center’s services. Zebra OneCare customers will receive technical and software support, LifeGuard security software updates, online tools and contract repair insights, LifeGuard Analytics reports and VisibilityIQ services OneCare is cloud-based. Additional flexible upgrade packages allow customers to tailor their warranty packages to their business needs.
