Xiaomi Mi Note 10 now has an official launch date. The device will be launched as a global variant of the Mi CC9 Pro equipped with a penta-lens camera this month. The device recently showed up on Geeknbench, confirming some of the hardware. The Chinese manufacturer itself has teased the penta-lens camera setup on the Mi Note 10 Pro with a 108MP primary sensor. Following are the launch details:
Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Official Launch Details
The Xiaomi Mi Note 10 is set to launch on November 10 in Poland. Its Chinese counterpart is set to launch on November 5, 2019. Notably, the company confirmed the camera specifications via an official teaser recently.
And, with the launch of the Mi Note 10, Xiaomi will become the world’s first brand to launch a smartphone with 108MP penta-lens camera setup. It is currently unknown as to when the Mi Note 10 Pro will go official in the Indian market.
But, with it getting a November 10 global launch date, we can expect its arrival soon after. It would be interesting to see in which price segment this device is launched and how well the camera performs.
As for the expected specifications, the Mi Note 10 is said to offer five cameras at the rear with a 108MP Samsung ISOCELL Bright HMX sensor. Accompanying the primary sensor is a 20MP ultra-wide-angle lens, a 12MP depth sensor, a 5MP sensor with up to 50x zoom, and a 2MP macro lens.
Some leaks have suggested the Snapdragon 855+ processor with 6GB RAM. However, the Mi CC9 Pro (its Chinese counterpart) is said to come with up to 8GB RAM and 256GB storage configuration. So, it wouldn’t be surprising if Xiaomi launches multiple RAM and storage configuration of the Mi Note 10.
Besides, if the device is truly a global variant of the Mi CC9 Pro, we can expect a similar set of hardware with minimal changes.
