When you receive spam or annoying emails from one or more strange email addresses, you should put those email addresses on the block list. Taimienphi will guide you through blocking email senders on two of the best email browsers today, Thunderbird and Outlook.

Instructions on how to block senders on Outlook
Step 1: Select an email sent from the address you want to block, right-click on that email
Step 2: In the Menu right click select Rules , choose Always Move Message From…
Step 3: Select item Delete Items , then press OK .
From here, all emails coming from this address will be automatically moved into the Delete Items folder and considered deleted.
In addition, you can also add 1 address to the block list by doing the following:
Step 1: On the main interface, you click on the email you want to block, then click the Junk icon
Step 2: Select item Block Sender
Emails from this address are automatically blocked. To manage blocked or deleted emails, do the following:
Step 1: Click on the item Junk , choose Junk Email Options
Step 2: Select a tab Blocked Senders , here will have a list of blocked addresses, to unblock, you click on those addresses to choose Remove . To add addresses to block, you press Add . When finished click OK
Instructions on how to block senders on Thunderbird
Step 1: On the main interface of Thunderbird, you click Manage mail filters
Step 2: In the filter management interface, you create a new filter rule by clicking New
Step 3: Name the filter rule, tick select Match any search
In the law of selection From , contain , enter the email to be blocked, choose the action list Delete messages , then press OK to validate filter rules.
Create new email customization notifications in Outlook
Step 1: On the main Outlook interface, click Select Rules , choose Manage Rules & Alerts
Step 2: Select a tab Email Rules , press New Rules
Step 3: Select any one of the optional actions for the email you want to apply, then press next
Step 4: Select the applicable object, and then click next
Step 5: Select the action for the applicable object, and then click next
Step 6: Select the excluded object, and then click next
Step 7: Name the filter rule, and then click finish
