How to activate Facetime on iOS devices
Step 1: From the main interface, you enter Settings icon (see the gear), select continue FaceTime.

How to call FaceTime on iPhone, iPad
You choose to Phone (Phone icon) from the main screen. Choose Contact (head icon) to enter the list of friends in the phone. Select any of your friends in this contact list, then touch next Camera icon to make a call.
