Recently, the website Slashleaks has shared details about the camera of Xiaomi’s upcoming flagship duo Mi 11 Pro and Mi 11 Pro +, codenamed Star / Mars respectively.
According to today’s sources, both phones are equipped with 6.81-inch AMOLED displays, support Quad-HD + resolution, 120Hz refresh rate and 480Hz touch sampling rate. Inside, the processing power of the Mi 11 Pro series will be provided by the SoC Snapdragon 888. The rear camera system will be capable of 120x zoom when taking pictures and 15x zoom when recording video.
In particular, the main camera of both Mi 11 Pro and Mi 11 Pro + will use a 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 sensor with a wide-angle lens and the support of OIS optical stabilization technology. The Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro’s super wide-angle camera will be capable of 0.6x zoom, while the Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro + is 0.5x.
The main difference between these two phones will be in the periscope lens, which offers 5x optical zoom. The resolution of the corresponding sensor in the Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro + will be 48 megapixels, while the Mi 11 Pro will have a camera with a lower resolution (unknown specifications). Fortunately, both cameras support OIS.
According to previous leaks, Xiaomi Mi 11 Pro + will support 67W fast wireless charging and comes with a “much larger capacity” battery (compared to Xiaomi Mi 11).
Xiaomi has previously submitted two models for certification, codenamed Xiaomi Mi 11 Big Cup and Xiaomi Mi 11 Super Big Cup, which are expected to be released this month. Wait and watch it!
