The Samsung has not been able to announce the sale date of Galaxy Fold has caused many partners to be impatient with the pre-orders of users.
According to the Android Authority, AT & T's US network recently decided to cancel all pre-orders for Galaxy Fold folding screen because Samsung could not close the official sale date of the device. AT&T has sent a mail claiming to cancel the order even though the carrier had previously said it could deliver it from June 13 (of course, there were no machines for delivery).
When it debuted at the Unpacked 2019 event last February, Samsung plans to deliver Galaxy Fold to customers from April 26. However, the plan must be postponed when the batch is sent to the reviewers with screen problems after a day of use. Samsung must recover all equipment to investigate the cause, fortunately, the time of recall has not been delivered to the customer.
After about two months and yet to announce the exact selling date, many partners were not patient enough, for example, Best Buy canceled the reservation from May 23, most recently AT&T had T-Mobile, The network operator distributing the remaining Galaxy Fold in the US did not open the pre-order as expected.
Along with canceling Galaxy Fold order, AT&T also sent a gift card worth 100 USD to customers to thank for waiting patiently.
About Galaxy Fold, Samsung is currently refining the device to fix the error. Samsung spokesman earlier this week said it will announce a new sale date "in the next few weeks".
