・Riding age, the fun of riding a motorcycle
I have been riding a motorcycle for 30 years. I have been riding a motorcycle since I was banned from taking a driver’s license in high school. I now own a KSR Pro and a Ninja 250SL. Recently, I accidentally bought a Monkey 125. I own three bikes. You might think I am very Rich, but not really.
After I purchased it in December 2015, I have owned it until now.
・The fun of riding a motorcycle
Basically, it is a small trip within 100 kilometers one way, exploring and looking for delicious and fun places.
・Into the manual machine
I once bought a BWS 100 to carry children, but it has always had various problems (especially oil leakage and exhaust pipe firing). The complaints of the wife riding behind me also made me uncomfortable. In addition, my wife was riding GROM, due to the difference in fuel consumption, the timing of refueling is different. When we travel long distances together, we often worry because there is no gas station.
The body is compact and easy to operate. Although the body and tires are larger than my previous KS-1, it is still very convenient to turn in a small radius.
There is no problem with the engine power in actual use, and the power is abundant…Of course it is nonsense (laughs), but I personally like the feeling of giving full play to the power, not the power that can’t be handled.
Although it is a bit smaller, it is still a KAWASAKI model, just like creating the super locomotive mini genre that no longer exists. It is a perfect design even if it is a deformed off-road model.
1. The headlights are dim, so you must rely on street lights when riding at night.
2. Because the body is quite compact, the load capacity is zero.
3. There is no tachometer and oil gauge.
4. Unlike MSX 125 (GROM) or other HONDA models, KSR has few modified parts and can only maintain the original state…
5. The biggest drawback is that I think the quality has deteriorated. Although I know it shouldn’t be compared with Japanese cars, the quality of Thai KAWASAKI is too low, right? Only a few years later, the plastic parts of various parts of the body faded.
Because the AR (2) I used to ride had six gears, the KSR gearbox with only four gears was not enough for me.
There is no dissatisfaction.
Since the successor model Z125Pro has been launched for some time, the new Z/Ninja125 has also been released overseas. Because it is a carburetor, the fuel consumption is not very good and the power is not large. I think KSR may quietly disappear from everyone’s memory. .
However, because it is a less popular model from KSR, there are few in Japan. If you are interested in this model, now is the time to buy!
