(Techz.vn) A cheap urban SUV to compete with Kia Seltos, Honda HR-V has just added a new version with a selling price of VND 556 million.
After the success of Tata Harrier in the Indian market, Tata has recently continued to introduce a new Dark Edition version of this low-cost urban SUV. Accordingly, Tata Harrier Dark Edition will be distributed at a price of Rs 18.04 lakh (about 556 million VND).
Compared to current versions, Tata Harrier Dark Edition has not changed much in exterior design. In return, this new version impresses with the blue Oberon Black paintwork and 18-inch Blackstone alloy wheels and prominent Harrier badges and details with premium Piano black tones.
Inside the cabin, the Tata Harrier Dark Edition is added with many chrome details combined with the Benecke Kaliko leatherette-wrapped steering wheel and seats. In addition, the headrests on the front seats are embroidered with Dark letters to clearly distinguish them from the regular versions.
Other interior equipment on the Tata Harrier Dark Edition remains the same as the current versions. Specifically, Tata Harrier Dark Edition is still equipped with a panoramic sunroof, Xenon HID projector headlights, 6 airbags, 8-inch floating screen, Island infotainment system with 9 JBL speakers and amplifier, 8-way power seats, wipers and automatic headlights.
Powering the Tata Harrier Dark Edition is a 2.0L turbocharged diesel engine block. As a result, Tata Harrier Dark Edition has a maximum capacity of 168 horsepower at 3,750 rpm and 350 Nm of torque at 1,750 – 2,500 rpm.
In the Indian market, Tata Harrier is currently rivaling models in the same urban SUV segment as Kia Seltos or Hyundai Venue. Recently, Hyundai Venue has also added a few new variants, increasing the fierceness in the competition for sales in the urban SUV segment in the Indian market.
