The Samsung Galaxy A12 name has finally been confirmed through the Bluetooth SIG organization. The device is expected to use the MediaTek Helio P35 processor. Additionally, the flagship Galaxy S21 has also received India’s BIS certification.
Rumors about the Galaxy A12 have leaked a few months back. Not long ago, Galaxy A12 was present on Geekbench, revealing some information about the configuration of the device. And now, Galaxy A12 has also achieved Bluetooth certification, which is proof that the device is about to launch.
As seen in the Bluetooth SIG certification, the Samsung Galaxy A12 (with model number Samsung SM-A125F_DSN) received certification on November 20, 2020. Although the certification doesn’t really tell much about the specs of the it, but it was revealed the name of the machine. Plus, the presence of the dual SIM variant is now confirmed thanks to the Bluetooth SIG.
In terms of specs, the Samsung Galaxy A12 is said to be powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio P35 processor paired with 3GB of RAM. Furthermore, the device will boot to Android 10 as soon as it ships. The Samsung Galaxy A12 will also come with NFC support, as the handset has received NFC certification in the past.
In terms of design, Galaxy A12 is expected to look like the predecessor model of Galaxy A11, that is, there are 3 cameras arranged along the back and mole screen. However, this is just a rumor, we will have to wait until the official launch for everything to clear.
