[How to make]
1. Cut the onion into thin slices and soak it in water to drain it. Cut the tuna into small pieces, put them in a bowl, sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon of salt and mix them roughly.
2. Add 1/4 teaspoon wasabi, 2 teaspoons olive oil and onions and mix well. Tear off the grilled seaweed and add it quickly.

Zha cai cucumber

[How to make]
1. Put the cucumber in a plastic bag, beat it with a rolling pin, and break it into bite-sized pieces.
2. Tear off the perilla cai and add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and 1/4 teaspoon of salt and mix well.

Spicy salted kelp of bean sprouts and sakura shrimp

・ Sakura shrimp … 1 tablespoon (about 3g)
・ Bean sprouts … 1 bag (approx. 200g)
・ Salt kelp … 1 tbsp (about 5 g)
・ White sesame seeds … 1 tbsp
·Sesame oil
・ Shichimi Togarashi

[How to make]
1. Put the bean sprouts in a heat-resistant bowl, wrap it gently, and heat it in the microwave for about 2 minutes.
2. Drain the water, add sakura shrimp, salted kelp, sesame seeds, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, and a little shichimi, and serve quickly.
