Strawberry jam daifuku
[Material: 6 pieces]
Strawberry jam 50g, Koshian 120g, shiratama powder 100g, potato starch powder Jam cream (1 tablespoon strawberry jam, 1/4 cup fresh cream)
[How to make]
1. Put the ingredients for jam cream in a bowl and whisk with a whisk until it becomes sharp. Put 1/6 amount (1 tsp is standard) on a vat lined with plastic wrap and warm in a freezer for 1-2 hours to solidify.
2. Divide the bean paste into 6 equal parts, wrap it with the cream from 1 and roll it up. Place it in a vat and put it in the freezer.
3. Make Gyuhi. Put white ball powder and 1/2 cup of water in a heat-resistant bowl and mix well with a rubber spatula. When smooth, add strawberry jam and mix. When it becomes thick, apply soft wrap and heat in a microwave oven for about 2 minutes and 30 seconds. Take it out, mix it with a heat-resistant spatula so that it fits in well, wrap it again in a soft wrap, and heat it in the microwave for about 1 minute.
4. Sift plenty of potato starch into bat and take out 3. Sprinkle the potato starch and cut it into 6 equal parts, taking care to avoid burns. Spread 1 piece flat, wrap 1 piece of bean paste on 2 and wrap it, and pinch the binding edge with your fingers tightly, roll it up and put the binding edge down. The same for the remaining 5 pieces.
*When using a microwave oven, the standard is 500W. Please heat 0.8 times for 600W and 0.7 times for 700W. Also, since there are differences depending on the model, please heat while watching the situation.
“An”, which is a strawberry jam-flavored cream, has a novel taste. If jam cream is chilled and hardened, it will be easier to wrap it. Mix the ingredients of Gyuhi until thick and let it heat in the microwave.
