This afternoon there was a surprising news from Supercell's homepage, a developer as well as a few Vietnamese mobile game releases, like Clash Royale, Clash of Clans or recently Brawl Stars. They said "Due to some legal issues, we regret to announce that Supercell's games will have to be released in the Vietnamese market."
The article on Supercell's website adds: “This means our games will not be displayed on Google Play and Apple App Store in Vietnam anymore. Games will still be released normally in other countries around the world, and playing games outside the territory of Vietnam will not be affected. We will always find solutions to bring the games back in the future, so I hope this will not be a farewell to Vietnam. ”
Supercell also instructs you how to ask for refunds for Clash Royale or Clash of Clans game items that you purchased through the App Store or Play Store:
As with most downloadable software products, we cannot reimburse items purchased in the game. There may be exceptions for rare cases, such as inadvertently buying but still not using, or transactions made by children …
If the payment is made via Apple (iOS) device:
For payments made on iOS devices, Supercell cannot directly process refunds. Please visit Apple Support and select the "iTunes Store Support" link, then "Purchases, billing and redemption" (Purchases, billing and redemption) and choose option that suits you best.
If the payment is made via Google device (Android):
