Sony Xperia 5 uses a 6.1-inch FHD + screen, CinemaWide 21: 9 ratio. Waterproof IP68 but still equipped with Dolby Atmos stereo speakers. Sony also offers a number of easier split-screen solutions to take advantage of tall and narrow screens.

Xperia 5 uses Snapdragon 855 chip, 6GB RAM, 128GB memory, supports external memory card. The 3,140mAh battery is enough for a day because the screen resolution stops at FHD +, not QHD or 4K.
Regarding the camera, Xperia 5 uses the same 3-lens camera cluster as the Xperia 1 but placed in the left corner instead of the center. It includes 1 super wide angle lens, 1 normal lens and 1 telephoto lens. Sony says it uses the new BIONZ X algorithm, which allows the Eye camera on Xperia 1 to focus super fast and accurately, even when shooting continuously at 10 frames per second. All three sensors have 12MP resolution.
Sony Xperia 5 will be released in October in black, blue, white and dark red. In some markets, it comes with WF1000-XM3 wireless headphones. It is not clear how much the price of Xperia 5 is.
