Samsung Vina Electronics Company today (July 17) officially opened 24/7 customer care switchboard in Vietnam at Thang Long building, No. 6 Thang Long street, Ward 4, Tan Binh district, Ho Chi Minh City. HCM.
With this new switchboard, Mr. Phan Minh Van, director of customer care and national warranty of Samsung Vina Electronics, said that Samsung customers in Vietnam can now contact 24/7 to be advice and support on-demand services, through smart utilities.
According to Samsung Vina, the company opened a 24/7 care center partly because of the number of customers using phone care services soared in the number of incoming calls.
Samsung's new 24/7 customer care center covers an area of more than 1,000 m2 and 300 switchboards for customer service and supports consulting of all product lines 24/7. This new customer care switchboard is arranged in labs, dining rooms, entertainment rooms, meeting rooms and training rooms, helping operators with a comfortable and confident working environment. In addition, each operator is also designed by Samsung to provide intensive training programs to understand each product segment to support customers.
Through this switchboard, Samsung hopes to be a direct unit to support handling all issues of Samsung device users. In addition, consumers can experience remote repair support, online chat or provided detailed instructions about the product they are using.
Up to now, Samsung Vietnam has 116 customer care centers, including 16 high-class customer care centers.
