Samsung recently started mass production of the Galaxy A51 in India which is expected to launch next year. The device has been making rounds online via leaks consistently for quite some time now. The Galaxy A51 was earlier spotted on Geekbench and its key specifications were also tipped. Some new leaks have revealed its camera and battery details. Here is all you need to know:
Samsung Galaxy A51 Battery And Camera Specifications
The Samsung Galaxy A51 is said to pack a 48MP primary camera at the rear, suggests a report from DroidShout. This report doesn’t reveal the remaining camera sensors, however, some previous leaks have pointed at a quad-camera module housing a 12MP wide-angle-sensor, a 12MP telephoto sensor, and a 5MP depth sensor.
The report further suggests a 4,000 mAh battery unit which we expect to ship with some form of fast charging tech. Up front, the handset is likely to pack a 32MP camera for selfies and video calls. The report corroborates with the previous leaks suggesting an Android 10 OS layered with One UI 2.0 user interface.
The other specifications of the device have also been tipped by leakster Ishan Aggarwal claiming that Samsung will be using a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED display on the Galaxy A51. The display is expected to offer an FHD+ resolution and an in-display fingerprint scanner for security.
The remaining features tipped by the leakster corroborate with the latest leak – 48MP rear camera, a 32MP selfie camera, and a 4,000 mAh battery. The device has also made an appearance on Geekbench and was listed along with the benchmark scores and some of the hardware.
The hardware features tipped by the listing are similar to the aforementioned ones. However, the listing also suggested 6GB RAM and 64GB/ 128GB internal storage. As for the benchmark scores, the Galaxy A51 logged 323 points in the single-core and 1185 points in the multi-core tests.
The leaked specifications indicate minor upgrades over the recently launched Galaxy A50s. The information on its processor remains unknown, so it will be clear what major upgrade the Galaxy A51 brings over its predecessor once Samsung reveals an official teaser.
