Riot Games is trying hard to make Legendary Runeterra players can have a great deck of cards and achieve many in-game achievements without spending a single penny – starting with the quest system and rewards.
Rewards (Cards, Chests, and Boxes)
Chests and Boxes are two basic rewards that anyone can earn to get a Piece or a few cards. Detailed information will be available one by one, a rare card will drop depending on the upgrade progress of the Box and the high level Chest, it will sometimes drop a Box next to the card.
All Boxes, Chests and even more cards can go to the next level to unlock more valuable gifts. In addition, the player will not be able to have more than 3 of the same cards, if the 4th card is opened, that card will automatically turn into Piece or be turned back into a card of equivalent rarity.
Gifts by Region
HTR players can expand their collection by unlocking cards in certain regions. You can leave an area to go to another area at any time, not required to complete a certain place to be able to move to another place.
Guillany also revealed what gifts you will receive when completing an entire Region:
+) 1 rare Wildcard
+) 1 legendary Wildcard
+) 1 General Wildcard
+) 2 random Legendary cards
+) 1 chest
+) 1 Silver Chest
+) 2 Gold Chests
+) 2 Platinum Chests
+) 1 Diamond Chest
+) 2 Boxes
+) 2 Normal Boxes
+) 2 Legendary Boxes
+) 2 Chess Boxes
To complete an area, the player must reach LV20 with a total EXP of 52,500XP.
Players will receive chests in Treasure Chest, the reward will increase according to the amount of experience you have received in the previous week. Once you reach LV10, you will definitely receive a champion card plus 3 high-class Chests. Gifts in the Treasure Chest system are proportional to the amount of time you spend plowing the game, not costing a penny.
Experience and Process
Currently these two areas are still in beta, but here are the plans:
+) No Wildcard will be added to the deck at the beginning of the game. These cards are currently only available to pre-test players so they can start building their own decks, giving Riot an overview of the variety available in the game. At the end of the test, all of these decks will be reset to their original values.
+) Only one day task.
+) The EXP for a loss is higher than the win (wtf). Losing PvP will gain 100 EXP, fighting with a losing machine will gain 50 EXP, more than 25 EXP from the previous test.
