VIDEO: Neymar shines at the World Cup
Rumors of Neymar’s return to the Camp Nou heated up, after PSG was knocked out of the Champions League semi-finals and in danger of losing his domestic title to Lille.
However, the Brazilian star ended all speculation about his future after declaring: “I am still happy in Paris.”
And recently, according to L’Equipe, Neymar has finally agreed to sign a new contract with the home team of the Prince’s Park. The Brazilian’s contract is valid for 6 years and is expected to receive 30 million euros per season.
And according to journalist Fabrizio Romano, Neymar is also paid a huge amount based on his income if the 29-year-old can help PSG win the Champions League.
Success in retaining Neymar means that PSG is likely to be ready to say goodbye to Kylian Mbappe this summer. Unlike his teammates, the French superstar is not interested in the extension of the contract with the team at the Parc des Princes.
