How to make
Break the egg into a bowl, dissolve it, add water and dashi stock, and mix well.
Add the bread ears while tearing them by hand.
Add cabbage, tenkasu and pickled ginger and mix.
Heat the vegetable oil in an omelet, add ③ and bake on both sides.
Take it out on a cutting board, cut it into 4 equal parts, and top it with sauce, mayonnaise, dried bonito flakes, and green laver.
