・ Salad oil …… 100cc
・ Vinegar …… 2 teaspoons
・ Mustard …… 1 teaspoon
・ Salt …… 1/2 teaspoon
・ Pepper …… Slightly

Points to make delicious

The point is to mix the egg yolk and vegetable oil little by little so that they do not separate. Using a large bowl makes it easier to mix and reduces mistakes! The trick to emulsifying well is to add the salad oil little by little instead of adding it all at once.

If it gets loose, try adding egg yolk.

How to make

1. Melt the yolk

Put egg yolk in a bowl and lightly melt with a whisk.

Put about 1 teaspoon of salad oil next to the beaten egg yolk and mix with a part of the egg yolk. Make a light mixture of egg yolk and vegetable oil.

2. Emulsify salad oil

Mix the first added salad oil (about 1 teaspoon) and egg yolk thoroughly and emulsify.

Add a small amount (about 1 teaspoon) of salad oil and emulsify little by little. Instead of adding the vegetable oil all at once, mix it in small portions. Repeat the same procedure until the amount of salad oil is halved, and carefully emulsify.

3. Add vinegar and mix
