・ Cut the bok choy vertically and wash the root soil with running water.
・ Chop the green onions.
・ Mix white sesame seeds and miso paste.
How to make
Put udon and bok choy in a heat-resistant container, wrap it gently, and heat it in a microwave oven at 600W for about 5 minutes.
Put minced pork, green onions, and seasoning (a) in a bowl, mix, and heat in a microwave oven at 600W for 1 minute. When you take it out, mix it by cutting and heat it again at 600W for 1 minute.
Heat sesame oil in a pan, add garlic, ginger and doubanjiang and fry lightly over low heat.
When it smells, add water, soy milk, and chicken glass soup and heat until just before boiling.
Turn off the heat, add a bowl of soup to a bowl of miso and white sesame seeds, mix and return to the pan.
Add udon and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
Serve in a bowl and put bok choy on it to complete. Sprinkle with chili oil if you like.
Tips and points
・ Adjust the heating time of the microwave according to the situation.
・ If you don’t like spiciness, please adjust the amount of doubanjiang.
