White sauce is indispensable, but there are many steps to make it, paying attention to the heat so that the butter and flour do not burn, and mixing it quickly with milk, so it is quite troublesome to make. If you can talk to your child while cooking, you’ll be crying in no time.

This time, I will introduce a delicious and simple recipe of Zubora “gratin style” that uses tofu instead of white sauce ♪

No white sauce! “Gratin-style” recipe of spinach and bacon (cooking time: 25 minutes)

There is no failure because the white sauce is replaced with tofu! By adding mayonnaise and miso as a secret ingredient, the habit disappears and the taste becomes richer than you think it is made from tofu.

Ingredients (for 2 people)

・ Tofu …… 1
・ Mayonnaise …… 1 tablespoon
・ Miso …… 1 tablespoon
・ Spinach …… 1/2 bag
・ Bacon …… 40g
・ Pizza cheese …… 40g

How to make

1. Make white sauce

Add lightly drained tofu to the bowl and mix well with a whisk.

2. Fry spinach and bacon
