・ Rice flour … 75g
・ Kudzu powder (cornstarch substitute OK) …… 25g
・ Soybean powder (heat treated) …… 25g

Powder B
・ Baking powder (aluminum free) …… 5g
・ Baking soda …… 1.5g

・ White miso …… 20g
・ Soy milk yogurt (unsweetened) …… 110g
・ Herb salt …… A pinch
・ Pepper …… Slightly ※ If you like
・ Rapeseed oil or your favorite vegetable oil …… 50g

Tips for making delicious

・ You can also use miso other than white miso to make it delicious. If you want to bring out the beautiful color of vegetables, we recommend white miso.

・ Vegetable types can be arranged other than recipes. Vegetables with less water are easier to make because the dough does not become watery.

・ If you make the salty taste a little stronger than usual, the result will be just right.

・ If you want to add meat such as ham and bacon, please cook together at the stir-fry part of the vegetables.

How to make

1. Preparation

Finely chop the onions and carrots, cut the broccoli tufts into bite-sized pieces, and cut off the skin on the stems before slicing. For cherry tomatoes, slice one into four slices.

Put the ingredients of powders A and B in separate bowls and mix them. Spread oven paper on the mold and keep the oven warm to 180 degrees.

2. Fry the vegetables

Warm the frying pan and spread 1 teaspoon of oil (not included). Add the onions and fry, and when it becomes clear, add the carrots and fry further.

When the carrots turn bright, add broccoli and sprinkle with a little salt (not included).

Fry the broccoli until it is cooked and turns bright green. Turn off the heat, remove the frying pan from the stove and remove the heat.
