How to make
Break the egg into a bowl, add sugar and mix.
Add milk and salad oil and mix, then add rice flour and baking powder and mix until dry.
Heat the frying pan and pour the dough. Bake on low heat until both sides are browned.
Serve in a bowl, top with red bean paste and butter, and you’re done.
Tips and points
・ If you use a frying pan that is not Teflon-processed, use butter or oil to bake it.
・ Soy milk can be used as a substitute for milk.
