The umami of kimchi and the moderate sweetness of takuan match perfectly with the rice, and it is inevitable to refill. It’s easy to eat even for those who are not good at pickles ♪


・ Rice …… 200g
・ Pork ribs …… 50g
・ Chinese cabbage kimchi …… 50g
・ Takuan …… 20g
・ Soy sauce …… 1 teaspoon
・ Sesame oil …… 1/2 tablespoon
・ Small green onions …… Appropriate amount

How to make

Making Kimutaku rice

1. Finely chop the kimchi and takuan into pieces that are easy to eat.

2. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add pork ribs and fry on medium heat until the color changes. Add finely chopped kimchi and takuan and stir-fry to adjust the taste with soy sauce.

3. Mix with warm rice in a bowl, serve on a plate, and add a small green onion if you like.
