Sweet potato and ham cheese risotto

A risotto with a soft texture using sweet potatoes. Enjoy the flavor of cheese just before eating.

Ingredients (for 1 person: use about 300 ml of soup jar)

Ham: 1 piece
Sweet potatoes: 1/6 small (about 50g)
Onion: 1/4 piece (about 25g)
Rice (washed): 2 tbsp
Olive oil: 1/2 tbsp


Granule Consomme: 1/2 teaspoon
Salt: Two knobs

Hot water: 200 ml
Grated cheese: 2 tbsp

How to make


Add boiling water (outside the amount) to about half of the soup jar and warm the inside of the container for about 5 minutes (because the rice will have a core if it is not warm enough).
