* Cooking time is a guide when baking two sheets at the same time.

You can make a satisfying okonomiyaki with rice flour and grated long potatoes without using flour or eggs. Rice flour does not easily become lumpy and is easy to cook. It is also recommended for gluten-free people. Besides meals, you can also enjoy it as a light meal or snack.

Material (for 2 sheets)

Cloth

・ Dashi soup (kelp and shiitake mushroom soup stock) …… 40cc
* 40cc of water + 1/2 teaspoon of your favorite soup stock powder is OK
・ Grated radish …… 100g
・ Rice flour …… 40g
・ Salt …… 1/2 teaspoon
・ Red pickled ginger …… 10g
・ Sakura shrimp …… Amount of your choice

・ Green onion (cut into small pieces) …… 20g
・ Cabbage (1 cm diced) …… 1/4 piece (200 g)
* Slice the core into thin slices and then diced.

・ Rapeseed oil …… Appropriate amount
* Or your favorite vegetable oil

Tips for delicious finish

When you mix cabbage and green onions with the dough, water will come out, so it is important to add them just before baking. Please topping other than ingredients such as meat as you like.

You can enjoy the fluffy texture of freshly grated long potatoes, but if you don’t like thickening, take the rough heat and let the dough settle down.

If you are concerned about the coloring and additives of pickled ginger, we recommend hand-made. Just shred ginger and soak it in umezu for at least one night! It’s very easy, so please give it a try.
