Kim Jong-un has sent a letter of encouragement to workers who are on a mission to build and develop a major North Korean project.

In the letter, Mr. Kim Jong-un sent his thanks and encouragement to the workers who are on the task of building and developing Samjiyon City – one of the most ambitious projects of North Korea.
