Motorola One Zoom features four main camera clusters on the back along with an eye-catching design in the mid-range / high-end segment.
Motorola has launched quite a few affordable smartphones over the past year, especially the Motorola One series that runs on Google's Android One platform. At the IFA 2019 event held yesterday, Lenovo, the company that owns Motorola also launched a new member in the Motorola One line called Motorola One Zoom, in the mid-range segment with good configuration and camera.
Despite being in the mid-range segment, Motorola One Zoom has a high-class and luxurious design when completed completely from two glossy glass surfaces. On the back, Motorola One Zoom stands out with the main camera cluster designed in a square shape placed in a fairly large module. Below this camera cluster is the familiar "Motorola" logo, on the left is the LED flash and at the bottom is the "motorolaone" logo. The back is slightly curved to the sides to be able to hold more firmly during use.
As the name "Zoom", the main highlight of this smartphone comes from the cluster of 4 main cameras on the back, including a sensor with high-quality optical zoom lens, a sensor with ultra-wide angle lens, a 5MP depth camera and a main 48MP sensor. With these 4 lenses, users can capture a wide range of images from wide-angle landscapes, daily life to portraits, or even zoom far away with the quality maintained.
Coming to the front, users will have a screen design "water droplets" size 6.4 inches, using Super AMOLED panels for display quality is very good. The screen has Full HD + resolution and 19.5: 9 aspect ratio, protected by Panda King Glass. Like many other Android phones, the bezels are quite thin, while the bottom is still a bit thick. The notch "water drop" will be where the 25MP f / 2.0 selfie camera is located. Motorola One Zoom's display also has an optical fingerprint sensor.
Of course a mid-range smartphone, Motorola One Zoon is still equipped with a 3.5mm headphone jack on the bottom edge, next to the USB-C charging port and phone mic. The top edge is the sim slot, the 2nd recording mic and speaker strip, and the power and volume keys will be located on the right edge.
In terms of hardware configuration, Motorola One Zoom is equipped with Snapdragon 675 chip, a popular mid-range chip from Qualcomm. The performance of this chip is not too impressive or too weak, still enough for the basic needs of the user or can even play some heavy games at a moderate / low configuration. Comes with this chip is 4GB RAM and 128GB storage memory. It has a 4000mAh battery with support for 15W fast charging, running on Android 9 Pie.
Motorola One Zoom will be sold in three color options including Electric Gray, Cosmic Purple and Brushed Bronze for 399 EUR, equivalent to 10.2 million, to hit shelves in October.
