A lot of AirPods Pro users are complaining about the noise reduction of the owners noise level significantly after the latest 2C54 Firmware update. Tested page https://www.rtings.com/headphones/reviews/apple/airpods-pro-truly-wireless has shown that active noise suppression is reduced, especially the ability to filter low frequency noises than before. Not long after that, Apple officially removed this firmware version. However, this short time is enough for a lot of headphones affected by the automatic firmware update mode of AirPods Pro.
To check the firmware of your AirPods Pro headset, simply connect the headset to your iPhone or iPad. Then choose ‘Settings> General> About> AirPods Pro’.
If the Firmware section says ‘2C54’ as in the picture, then my condolences. You can only wait for a new version of the update to fix the problem, but there is no other way to fix or roll back the firmware.
