Manchester United have come very close to successfully recruiting the first “blockbuster” on the summer transfer market 2021.
Journalist Fabrizio Romano Just reported, Manchester United have officially reached a personal agreement with Jadon Sancho. Specifically, the English winger agreed to join the Old Trafford team on a contract until 2026 with an undisclosed salary.
The last remaining issue in this deal is the agreed price between MU and Dortmund. The Old Trafford team wants to spend about 81 to 85 million euros, but the German team insists everything will be agreed upon if they receive 95 million euros.
With the Signal Iduna Park home team claiming not to lose even one euro, MU is likely to have to agree to spend an amount of 95 million. This amount will also make Jadon Sancho the second most expensive transfer in Man United history, after Paul Pogba in 2016.
