Version 2.2C is the final balance version of the 2.2 update that has been released with many changes to the champion balance and series in new skins.
Riot Games has confirmed that the Speed Update version 2.2C will be the last version of the 2.2 series. In addition to the launch of the new Blood Moon series, Riot Games also promoted the Evil Duel Duel event to create a new playground for couples with storylines to confront each other. Of course, we also can’t forget the list of updated balance adjustments of generals according to each updated version.
In this 2.2C version, Riot Games strengthens the increase in damage and resistance to the Baron fighters. In addition, mid lane mages such as Fizz and Lux have also been updated with a balance to help stabilize this game for upcoming tournaments in the summer of 2021.
Although Braum is essentially a champion that can block huge amounts of damage, his crowd control is also outstanding.
(Passive) Hit Fisherman
- Stun duration: 1.25 / 1.5 / 1.75 seconds → 1 / 1.25 / 1.5 seconds
(Passive) The Moonlight Sword gives Diana too much attack speed when she gains an early advantage.
(Passive) Moonlight Sword
- Attack Speed: 30 – 120% → 30 – 100%
Do not hate players, but hate Gai Hate Hate. Evelynn is still too powerful, so Riot Games will limit the power of her main damage skill in version 2.2C.
(1) Thorns hate
- Damage: 45/50/55/60 → 40/45/50/55
Fizz is having a hard time breathing against the mid lane mages who are capable of poking around in the early game. Therefore, the small fish will receive a little “oxygen” to solve the problem of starting energy version 2.2C.
- Basic Energy Recovery: 15 → 18
It feels like Jax is not getting the most out of his game late in the game, especially without the green buff. Giving a little more energy per level will help stabilize Jax’s strength in long early battles.
- Energy per level: 33 → 57
- Energy at level 15: 852 → 1,188
Kai’Sa is overwhelming when it comes to high-skill players. To keep her under control, Riot will limit her ability to clear minions, while also reducing her early breakout abilities in 2.2C.
(1) Icathian Rain
- Bonus damage to minions below 35% Health: 200% → 150%
(Last Strike) Killer Instinct
- Cooldown: 80/70/60 seconds → 100/80/60 seconds
Lee Sin is a bit strong when it comes to the advanced players. Therefore, the strength when making optimal use of the passive will be slightly reduced.
- Attack Speed: 50% → 40%
When the other support enchantments are raging, Lulu is a bit behind. Riot will refund the power taken from her base stats to help her (and Pix too) catch up with the other champions in 2.2C.
- Energy: 435 → 480
- Movement Speed: 325 → 330
Riot encourages players to use 1 champion for multiple positions, but Lux in the support position is too strong. In order to solve that problem, the strength of her shield will be adjusted.
(2) Prism of Protection
- Shield strength on return: 100/140/180/220 → 75/105/135/165
- Shield AP ratio on return: 0.4 → 0.3
Although he has recently been buffed, Pantheon still has difficulty in making an impact on the match. Riot Games will slightly increase his stats to help him be more stable in the arena in version 2.2C.
- Armor per level: 4.3 → 4.7
- Armor is at level 15: 101 → 106
(2) Heavenly Shield of Christmas
- Base Damage: 65/90/115/140 → 70/120/170/220
Twisted Fate is struggling a bit since the Red Card is not really suitable for the other cards.
(2) Select Posts
- Range of Red Cards influence: 2 → 2.75
- Red Card Slow: 30/35/40/45% → 35/40/45/50%
