Earlier this year, Redmi announced the separation from Xiaomi to operate independently as a sub-brand. The first product that Redmi launched was Redmi Note 7. After less than 6 months of entering the market, Redmi recently proudly announced that its smartphone sales have reached more than 15 million units.
The Redmi Note 7 series has several different models but the general point is that the design is good, the configuration is high compared to the price. While the regular version of the Redmi Note 7 uses Samsung's 48MP sensor, the Pro version uses Sony's 48MP sensor.
Other parameters of Redmi Note 7 include Snapdragon 660 chip (regular version) or Snapdragon 675 (Pro version), 6GB RAM, 128GB ROM and 4.000mAh battery. It has a 6.3 inch water drop screen.
Besides Redmi, Huawei's subsidiary, Honor, has also announced that its Honor 8X has shipped 15 million units. This is Honor's best-selling smartphone so far, but it takes nine months to reach this milestone.
