[How to make]

1. Cut kimchi into pieces that are easy to eat. Cut the pork into 1.5 cm thick pieces. By cutting along the fibers of the meat, the meat feels tender when eaten. Wipe off the drainage of pork with a paper towel.

2. Warm the frying pan without oiling, line up the pork, add kimchi and garlic, and bake on low medium heat for about 4 minutes. On the way, when the fat and gravy come out of the meat, put it in a frying pan and pour it over the kimchi and garlic and fry. Wipe off excess fat from the frying pan with a paper towel, turn the pork upside down and bake for 2 minutes to 2 minutes and 30 seconds.

A frying pan with a diameter of 26 cm is used here.If you can't get the pork in your frying pan at once, bake it in several batches.

3. When the pork is browned, turn off the heat, grab the pork with tongs, cut it into 2 cm widths with kitchen scissors, and serve it with kimchi and garlic. Spicy green onions, sardines, and samjan are mixed and served. Serve leaf lettuce and perilla in another bowl. Put pork on vegetables, spicy green onions, roasted kimchi, garlic, and sauce of your choice, wrap and eat.
