The green juice with pineapple is made with 2 medium slices of diced pineapple, 1 large leaf of chopped cabbage, 4 mint leaves and 100 ml of water. Beat everything in a blender and drink. If you want to sweeten, choose sucralose or coconut sugar.

Green detox juice

O green detox juice – or detoxifying – also has many fans. One of its recipes takes 1 kale leaf, 1 apple with peel, 1 stalk of fennel, juice of half a lemon, 200 milliliters of water and parsley and mint to taste. Beat everything in a blender.

Detox juice with pepper

For those who like pepper, this recipe for detox juice with pepper includes 2 kale leaves, 1 small piece of ginger, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 300 milliliters of coconut water or mineral water. Beat the ingredients in a blender and add three drops (or more) of Tabasco pepper before drinking.

Soothing green juice

O soothing green juice has as ingredients 1 large leaf (or two medium) of cabbage, 1 small cucumber cut into slices, 1 slice of ginger, 1 passion fruit and 200 ml of coconut water or mineral water. First, beat the water with the passion fruit and then add the other ingredients and beat again in the blender.

Green diuretic juice

O diuretic green juice should include 1 large broccoli, 1/2 lemon, 1/2 sliced ​​cucumber, 1 large slice of melon, 200 ml of coconut water and parsley to taste. Again, beat all the ingredients and drink right after.
