According to Android Police sources, Samsung can remove the headphone jack, even physical buttons such as volume and power, on Galaxy Note 10. Thus, Note 10 does not have a 3.5mm port, buttons (source , volume, Bixby) are replaced by capacitive or pressure sensitive areas. It is not clear whether Samsung will apply changes to S11 in 2020.

Both details have been rumored since before but so far, Android Police is more certain. The Note line has always been a land for Samsung to make desirable innovations in industrial design and general philosophy. Galaxy Note also has loyal fans who want to anticipate new technology.

Removing the headphone jack will certainly make some people dissatisfied when this is one of the big reasons for them to stick with Samsung. However, in 2019, it seems that Samsung is "lonely" in the high-end market when Google, OnePlus, Apple, and Huawei both give up the headphone jack on expensive equipment. Even popular models follow the new trend, such as Xiaomi Mi 9, Honor 20 Pro, Oppo Reno.

Perhaps, the reason for Samsung to do so is to increase valuable space for larger capacity batteries, reduce design complexity, increase dust and water resistance.

In addition, the source confirmed the rumors of two Note 10 versions of the Note 10 and Note Pro, in which the Note 10 Pro has a larger screen.
