・ Smoked salmon … 70g
・ Onions … 1/4
・ Baguette … 1/4 (8cm)
·Honey mustard sauce
∟ Grain mustard, olive oil … 2 teaspoons each
∟ Honey … 1 tsp

[How to make]
1. Cut the baguette diagonally 1 cm wide. Cut the onion into thin slices.
2. Put the ingredients of smoked salmon, onions and honey mustard sauce in a bowl, mix and spread evenly on the baguette.

Marinated shirasu and tomato (left)

・ Shirasu dried … 20g
・ Tomato … 1 small (about 100g)
・ All-purpose onion … 4
・ Baguette … 1/4 (8cm)

・ Coarse black pepper

[How to make]
1. Cut the baguette diagonally 1 cm wide. Cut tomatoes into 1 cm squares. Cut all-purpose onions into small pieces.
2. In a bowl, add tomatoes, shirasu, all-purpose onions, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt and a little pepper, mix and spread evenly on baguettes.
