[Material for 22 sheets]
Okara … 30g, egg white … 1 piece, cake flour … 40g, butter (without salt) … 30g, sugar … 50g, vanilla essence … a little white sesame … 1 tablespoon

[Preparation]
Bring the butter to room temperature and soften it. Preheat the oven to 140 ° C.

[How to make]

2. Sift the cake flour and mix thoroughly with a whisk. Add okara and mix thoroughly, then switch to a rubber spatula and mix until it is no longer powdery.
