[Materials for 4 people]
Orange … 1 piece, grapefruit … 1 piece, sugar … 60 g, powdered gelatin … 5 g, lemon juice … 2 tablespoons, mint … appropriate amount

Put 2 tablespoons of water in a heat-resistant container and sprinkle with powdered gelatin to soak.

[How to make]
1. Divide the orange into small bunches and remove the thin skin. Divide 1/2 of the grapefruit into small bunches and remove the thin skin. For the rest, squeeze the juice, add water, make 1 and 1/4 cups, transfer to a storage container, add sugar and mix well, add lemon juice and mix further.

2. Heat a heat-resistant container containing gelatin in a microwave oven for about 30 seconds without wrapping, and when it melts, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of juice and mix. When mixed evenly, put in 1 container and mix the whole. Add the pulp of 1 and mix quickly, chill in the refrigerator for about 4 hours to harden, and put mint on it.
