Flagship OPPO Find X2 is supported with more virtual RAM after a new update in India.

The update for Find X2 comes with the June 2021 security patch, number CPH2023_11.C.68, about 812 MB in size and is currently being rolled out in India.

In this update, the virtual RAM expansion feature is of great interest to many users. After a successful update, OPPO Find X2 smartphone users can expand by 3 GB, 5 GB or up to 7 GB of virtual RAM by accessing Settings > About phone > Select open switch wide and select the amount of RAM

This feature uses the phone’s internal memory as RAM, providing flexibility and speed whenever required.

In other markets, including Vietnam, users will soon receive an update containing the RAM expansion feature in the near future. OPPO has also launched the RAM expansion feature under the name RAM+ for the Reno5, OPPO A74 and OPPO A94 series.

In fact, virtual RAM is not a new technology and OPPO is not the first brand of BBK to adopt. Vivo and iQOO are the first names, Realme has also controlled the new Narzo 30 5G model.
