One point advice♪

Komatsuna has a little bite, so it is recommended to cook it in the microwave. You can also suppress the outflow of nutrients that dissolve in water when boiled. Komatsuna is rich in nutrients such as calcium, iron, potassium and vitamin C. The dipping, which can be easily made in the microwave, is also recommended as a after-savor dish when you are short on vegetables.
