Dzung Yoko continues his creative flow with the fifth picture book: NATURE, 5 minutes to read

Following a series of inspiration about art and fashion, Dzung Yoko launched Nhi Nguyen picture book of Dzung Yoko Artbook bookcase.

Being charming with art since childhood, for Dzung Yoko, this is a path that has been fixed for a lifetime. The creative spirit flowing in his veins motivates him to constantly renew himself, posing higher challenges to rise, explore and learn. When starting the photobook project series Dzung Yoko Artbook, he wants to create an art space to hone his knowledge and working attitude. At the same time, this bookcase is also the place where Dzung Yoko send emotions and contemplate life and people.

The year 2020 is over with many changes, losses and changes. Perhaps each of us has a 2020 story to tell and to forever remember in our own way. Through the lens of the artist, Dzung Yoko feels and transforms all these waves of emotions into images. That’s where Nhi Nguyên is born, a picture painted in both Light and Darkness; both deep bliss and melancholy, inseparable intertwined.

The process of making the fifth photo book was not easy. Due to the direct and indirect effects of the pandemic, many production plans are forced to delay or adjust. Even so, Dzung Yoko still determined to do it to the end, as committed with himself and the members of the production team. In a way, the way Dzung Yoko persistently carried out the project Dyad very much like the astronauts who once yearned to set foot on the moon. An illusion-tinged idea is gradually realized through research and labor. According to that understanding, the accomplished artist or scientist is also studying the religion day by day. Regardless of thunderstorms, the practitioner who has set the path will not back down.

Share about creative experiences Dyad, Dzung Yoko also repeatedly mentioned the moonlight symbol: “I think the human soul is like a moon. Sometimes it is morning and evening, but the moon is still the moon. While working on the Nhi Nguyen project, the image of the moon appeared many times in my dream. Holding the picture book Nhi Nguyen in hand, I think it will not be difficult for readers to recognize the message Dzung Yoko wants to convey. I convey my thoughts on Nhi Nguyen in each number, composition, color, light. I tell this story with both structure and content ”.

Besides thoughts about human life, Dyad continues to be the experience of fashion in parallel with unique art, overcoming conventions and barriers to expressing the imprinted aesthetic language of Dzung Yoko. Accompanying the experienced names of the Vietnamese model village, this photo book project has the special participation of Tang Thanh Ha – “The Muse” always shares with Dzung Yoko his admiration for fashion and art. .
