Diet to be followed
According to the study carried out by a team of researchers at the School of Public Health at Harvard University, in the United States, the improvement in women’s fertility occurs through the consumption of high fiber foods (breads, rice, fruits, vegetables), increased consumption of vegetable proteins (peas, lentils, soybeans, almonds) and dairy. It is also recommended to eat foods rich in iron (sardines, tuna, salmon) and those with a high concentration of vitamins C (citrus fruits) and B9 (spinach, oilseeds).
On the other hand, the diet should reduce consumption animal proteins (meat and eggs), trans fats (especially present in industrialized products) and sugary foods (sweets, candies, soft drinks). In general, the goal is to have a more natural diet at the expense of processed products.
