It is easy to see that traditional turbochargers use the same lubricating oil as a vehicle engine, so there must be a system that directs oil from the engine to the turbo. This oil transmission system will degrade after 5 to 7 years of continuous operation. Degradation levels can range from seal leaks to complete Turbo degradation. Damage to the oil system will be worse if the driver regularly lets the Turbo engine run out of lubricating oil. To prolong the service life and increase the durability of the oil transmission system, the driver should quickly bring the vehicle to the maintenance facility when it detects that the engine sound is noisy than usual.

However, if the damage is too serious, the driver should replace the new Turbo engine, not deliberately continue to use the old engine, causing harm to the vehicle.
