Change the language in Debian

#Change #language #Debian

It is often necessary to change the language of the operating system interface. The good news is that in the Debian distribution, the procedure is straightforward and very fast. See how to run it later in this tutorial.

To change the language on the Debian operating system, you must run su and get the permissions of root. Then run the command apt-get install locations and the command dpkg-reconfigure locales. Select the keyboard language you use, choose the language to be used for distribution and confirm. If you selected more than one language on the second screen, you must choose the main one.

After completing these steps, simply do a simple reboot to have the desired language.
