Apple will come up with 3 iPhone 5G models, but not until 2020
According to JP Morgan's report, Apple will release three new iPhones this September. Those are direct successors of iPhone XS, XS Max and iPhone XR. The iPhone 11 series, as we call it, will be very similar to the iPhone in 2018 when it comes to screen design. The big change is in the rear panel, because all iPhones will have a new camera system with more lenses than their predecessors.
However, none of these iPhones have a 5G connection. Their prices are comparable to predecessors. However, Apple is said to be developing iPhone 5G, along with a cheaper iPhone model, for 2020.
JP Morgan's report also revealed the specifications of next year's devices, which we will call the "iPhone 12".
All three iPhones launched in September 2020 (screen size 5.4 ″ / 6.1 / 6.7) will use the OLED screen and 5G band modem (which supports mmWave frequency) and at least two Among the three models using 3D sensors, there are top AR / VR features.
iPhone 11 and 11 Max will have OLED displays and three-lens cameras on the back, while the iPhone 11R will have an LCD screen and two rear lenses, according to a recent report.
A report a few days ago said Apple was producing an iPhone with a Touch ID sensor built into the screen for the Chinese market, but did not reveal when such a device would be released. Finally, information from JP Morgan notes that the iPhone 2020 will help the company sell 195 million units by 2020 – 15 million more than the current estimate for 2019.
