A new update of Windows 10 causes the computer to blacken the screen after rebooting

The fact that Windows 10 updates have been annoying to users has become so familiar. The most recent problem is that the user’s computer has a strange phenomenon when updating to Windows 10 April with model number KB4493470 or the computer hangs and cannot restart after Windows 10 update.

The unfortunate incidents on Windows 10 continue to occur when the regular patch KB303327 of Windows 10 released on 11/6 also encountered the error again. Specifically, Microsoft acknowledged that the latest update to Windows 10 contained an unspecified error, causing the user’s computer to blacken the screen after rebooting.

According to information from Microsoft, the versions of Windows affected by this error include Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2019, Windows 10 version 1809 and Windows Server 2019.

The software giant said that this error is not dangerous but can cause users to panic during use.

Microsoft has also provided instructions for users to temporarily fix this error. Specifically, users need to follow these steps to restart the computer:

1. Press combination Ctrl + Alt + Delete, when the screen appears black.

2. On the screen that appears, click the power button icon on the bottom left and select restart.


3. After rebooting and the device will operate normally.

Currently, Microsoft is investigating the cause of the problem to be able to release the patch as soon as possible.
