Asus never ceases to flood us with new features for this CES 2021. After the Zephyrus Duo 15 SE and the ROG Flow X13 yesterday, the manufacturer today unveiled the TUF Dash F15, a laptop for gamers that combines power, finesse and robustness in a 15.6-inch chassis.

TUF Dash F15: compact but powerful

Concretely, the TUF Dash F15 weighs only 2 kg for dimensions of 360 x 252 x 19.9 mm, while being designed to withstand extreme environments (it complies with the MIL-STD-810H standard). Inside, there are components that command respect: an eleventh generation Intel processor (Core i5-11300H, Core i7-11370H or Core i7-11375H depending on the version) and a GeForce RTX 3060 with 6 GB of GDDR6 or an RTX 3070 with 8 GB of GDDR6, depending on the model. There is also 16 GB of DDR4-3200 memory, with a second So-Dimm slot allowing to double this amount of memory, as well as 512 GB or 1 TB of storage space (thanks to an M.2 NVMe SSD).

Side 15.6-inch IPS screen, Asus offers only one Full HD definition, but three options: a panel at 60 Hz, one at 144 Hz and a third model at 240 Hz with a response time of 3 ms and Adaptive compatibility -Sync. This latest version also covers 100% of the sRGB color space. The chiclet-type keyboard is backlit (electric blue), with keys having a travel of 1.7 mm.

Finally, the TUF Dash F15 is relatively complete in terms of connectivity and connectivity since there are three USB 3.2 Gen1 Type-A ports, one Thunderbolt 4 Type-C port (compatible with USB 4.0, PowerDelivery 3.0 up to 100W and DisplayPort 1.4a) , an HDMI 2.0b output, an audio connector, an Ethernet port and WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.1 controllers.

The ASUS TUF Dash F15 will be available at the end of February in two colors (Moonlight White and Eclipse Gray), from 1099 euros in its less powerful version, which remains an interesting price for a Core i5-11300H associated with an RTX 3060 Mobile.
