36氪 learned that “ShowMeBug” recently completed nearly 100 million yuan of A round of financing, which was jointly led by Sequoia China Seed Fund and Hillhouse Ventures. “ShowMeBug” was established in 2019, mainly based on the core technology of online real-time collaborative programming IDE and code analysis, to provide enterprises with a new technical interview platform and technical talent evaluation system.

Previously, ShowMeBug was selected into the Qiji Venture Capital Camp in April 2020, and received angel round investment from Qiji Venture Capital, Yingdong Capital, and Variable Capital; and in March this year, it received tens of millions of yuan from the True Fund. A round of financing.

Companies such as 51job.com and Boss Direct Hiring have opened up the online recruitment market in the form of information matching. As the epidemic has profoundly changed the ecology of the online office field, the demand for talent recruitment has become more refined, and a more professional matching method is required for recruitment services between enterprises and talents. Another important update is that product coverage has been further improved, data analysis capabilities have been strengthened, and product ease of use has also improved. Currently, ShowMeBug can simultaneously support more than 100,000 online interview sessions, as well as online assessment and analysis of thousands of people. In the programming environment, ShowMeBug has supported more than 30 programming languages, basically covering all types of question banks.

From the perspective of user experience, ShowMeBug provides services in the form of SaaS and charges per session. HR and interviewers can register on the web and other channels to use, and can create interview questions and invite interviews with one click through the question bank. The interview process can be replayed in the whole process. Looking at the industry, there are currently technical training platforms that cut into the technical talent recruitment track, such as Niuke.com, Leetcode, etc. In the future, general recruitment platforms will also have a trend of cutting into the technical talent recruitment.

“In the field of online recruitment, competition is indeed fierce, but in the sub-category of technical recruitment, it is easier to make products with a score of 60, but there are still high barriers to products with a score of 90, such as online collaboration of editors, support for various programming environments, and To further introduce more intelligent technologies for analysis, etc., a solid technical base is required. These are the barriers of ShowMeBug.” Li Yafei said.

After this round of financing, ShowMeBug will also continue to invest in technology research and development and market expansion to serve more corporate customers. At the product level, ShowMeBug will also improve the question bank and build a more realistic programming environment to continuously improve the product experience.
