Kia held an online launching conference for K8 on the 8th (Thursday) and started selling them in earnest.
The K8 is the first model to show Kia’s new direction. It has an innovative and luxurious design, and is equipped with all of Kia’s convenience systems and advanced driver assistance systems for comfortable and stable driving performance.

1. Infotainment / HVAC conversion control system
The K8 can switch between the infotainment system and the air conditioning system operation mode with a button located in the center of the control system. In addition to buttons that require intuitive operation while driving, such as media volume and room temperature, all buttons are applied in a touch method to minimize the space in the center of the interior and realize an innovative image similar to that of the latest electronic devices.
2. Meridian Premium Sound
The K8 is the first Kia Motors to use Meridian premium sound.

2. Smart Cruise Control (SCC)
K8’s applied Smart Cruise Control(SCC) maintains the distance to the vehicle in front of the vehicle while driving, and enables driving, stopping, and restarting at the speed set by the driver, as well as additionally supporting ▲driving style linkage.
3. Navigation-based smart cruise control (NSCC)

11. Rear Seat Passenger Notification (ROA)
The Rear Seat Passenger Notification (ROA) determines whether the rear door of the vehicle is opened or closed and whether there is a rear passenger through the radar sensor in the vehicle, and then informs the driver with a cluster warning message, a warning sound, and a UVO text message to inform the driver to check the rear seat.
12. Remote Smart Parking Assistance (RSPA)
Remote Smart Parking Assistance (RSPA) helps you park and unload remotely by controlling the vehicle forward or backward from outside the vehicle.
