The Mercedes-Benz S600 Lauringer car, used by’The Legend of the NBA’ and’Basketball Emperor’ Michael Jordan, sold for about $200,000.
The 1996 Mercedes S600 Loringer was equipped with a 6.0 liter V12 engine and had more special details such as a body kit by the tuner Lorinser.
It included all the options that could be applied to the top-of-the-line coupe at the time, such as large Lauringer chrome wheels, electric sunroof, automatic transmission, heated power seats, close control, dual airbags, and power tilt steering wheel.

The scarcity value increased, and it was sold at an auction price of $202,200 (about 240 million won) through 177 bids before sale.
An official from the Beverly Hills Club, who held the auction, said that many people were signed by Michael Jordan for basketball or sneakers, but how many people could own Jordan’s car, which is the holy grail of Jordan souvenirs.
